STATEMENT OF USE VARIANCE
concerning Docket No. 07040009UV - 07040010V
Rex Neal of Printing Plus Inc is seeking a use variance on the
property known as 2110 E 96th Street, Carmel in order to operate a
small office out of a house on a residentially-zoned property.
STATEMENT OF SUPPORT
The location of the property known as 2110 E 96th St, Carmel is an
increasingly busy traffic corridor. This is a small business
operation (computers and 2 employees) with little outside visitors;
therefore the neighbors would see minimal change in traffic to and
from the property. Hours of operation are 9:00 to 5:00 weekdays.
The property will remain residential looking on the exterior. No
wall or roof identification signs will be installed on the building.

Dear Board Members-
Greetings.
Regarding the property at 2110 E. 96th street, we do not have any intentions of changing anything
on the outside of the building at all. There are only three of us that come to work every day and all
we use are computers. There will be no large trucks, only UPS, we really do not have walk in
traffic so there will be no need for additional parking. All in all, we are a very quiet company.
I probably will put in a vegetable garden and additional flower gardens.
We have no need for additional drainage, lighting etc... .as we have mentioned before, signage can
be negotiated. We would not mind having a small sign out front if possible but do not ask for a light
one or one on the building what so ever.
