ADLS Amendment
For
Lot 6, Office Building
On August 6, 2002, The Linder Company will present to Special Study Committee
of the Carmel Plan Commission for proposed amendment of the Architectural
Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage approval granted under Docket No. 200-
00 ADLS. The site is located at 2325 Pointe Parkway. The site is zoned B-8 /
Business.
Proposed amendment is a change in the building elevations to accommodate retail
use on first floor and office use on second floor.
The drawings and related information describing the proposed ADLS amendment
request are presented as follows within this booklet.
· Under tab 4 there are, for comparative purposes, the 3D renderings of this
proposed amendment to the design and the originally approved design.
· Under tab 5 there are black and white drawings showing the revised
proposed elevations. For comparison, there are also included the
elevations of the originally approved design. The proposed amended
design represents the following changes to the building design:
1. Three retail entrances have been located on the north elevation.
2. Entrance for office building, second floor, is moved to the west
elevation.
3. Overall building height is increased one foot to accommodate II-foot
high ceilings for the first floor.
4. Sidewalk approaches are added to accommodate the four first floor
entrances. Patio area removed at south side of building.
5. North elevation modified to allow for sign space for retail tenants.
6. Simplified the window mullions.
7 . Awnings, which match the rest of the development, have been added
to first floor windows.
8. Flower planter boxes added along north elevation.
