6. Docket No. 89-02 ADLS Amend- Merchants' Pointe, Lot #6
Petitioner seeks an amendment of the Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping &
Signage approval granted under Docket No. 200-00 ADLS. The site is located at 2325
Pointe Parkway. The site is zoned B-8/Business.

Please refer to the informational booklet submitted by the applicant for an overview of the
proposed building changes. This application is one of two parts of a request being made by the
applicant to change the use of the building to retail as opposed to office only. The Commission
will see a Commitment Amendment application at the August 20th meeting in this regard.
This application addresses the building modification necessary to accommodate the change in
use.
The Department would like to see additional information provided regarding Signage. No sign
information has been provided in the application section. The elevations show consistent signs
across the building fayade. Is this the request? By consistent we mean to address the color and
type of signs. Please provide additional information.
The Department recommends favorable consideration provided that the applicant clarifies
the sign age portion of the request.
Note: This item only requires approval by the Special Studies Committee.
