Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the 28 day of October 2024 at 5:15 p.m. in
the Carmel City Hall Council Chambers, 2nd Flr., 1 Civic Sq., Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing upon a
Special Exception RENEWAL application to seek approval for a Short-Term Residential Rental.
UDO Section 2.05: Permitted Uses, Residential Special Exception.
On the property being known as 10828 Timber Lane

We are writing to you because the city of Carmel requires STRR to be renewed every
year. Our home serves fellow Carmel residents looking for a accommodations for their
family members/friends who are in town for weddings, graduations, birthdays, babies,
funerals, sporting events, etc. Since our properties are adjacent to one another, we
must give you a certificate of mailing that our special exception renewal application will
be reviewed at a public hearing before the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday,

October 28th at 5:15 p.m. in the Carmel City Hall Caucus Rooms, 2 Floor, 1 Civic
Square.
Thank you for your support. This arrangement allows us to offset the expense of
necessary trips to care for Karyn’s mom, 88, now widowed close to 3 years.
