So, you have a few options: You can choose to move forward with the lot coverage variance to be heard at the Oct. 28 BZA HO meeting, and then file another variance application for the pool equipment setback to be heard at the Nov. 25 BZA HO meeting. Or, you can table this current lot cover variance item, and have them both heard and voted upon at the Nov. 25 BZA HO meeting. It is up to you. Please let us know what you decide. Thanks.
