Good afternoon,
I double-checked this with Fire Marshal Chris Rohr, and we do not see any issue
with increasing the indoor seating area capacity from 61 to 73.
Regarding the outdoor seating, we will issue an occupancy certificate for 64, on the
condition that the exits are not locked and are labeled with emergency exit signs. I
spoke with Mr. Barker on the phone, and he confirmed that the outdoor exits have
the proper signage and will not be locked. I will verify this when I drop off the
occupancy certificate tomorrow.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Will,
First off thank you for your prompt and professional service in finalizing the CFD
final inspection and the passing of the Buffalouie’s location. I know that after the
inspection you sent over via email an occupancy limit of 61. This was obviously
based on an original seating layout that has changed over the last 6
months. Attached for your review is a final seating layout (dated 10/15/24) that has
indoor seating capacity of 73 and outdoor seating of 64. Could you please provide
an update occupancy limit per the attached drawing. If you have questions or need
more information please contact me directly at 317-506-4394. Thanks again for all
of your support and continued guidance. David
P.S. By the way the knox box is fully installed per Carmel regulations!

NOTICE TO CONSUMER: Federal law gives you thirty (30) days after you receive this notice to dispute the
validity of the debt or any part of it. If you do not dispute the amount listed in the lawsuit, our office will
presume that it is valid and proceed with the lawsuit. You should also appear at any scheduled hearings so
that the judge may hear your evidence as well. If you do not dispute it – by notifying me in writing to that
effect – I will, as required by law, obtain and mail to you proof of debt. And if, within the same period, you
request in writing the name and address of your original creditor, if the original creditor is different from
the creditor named in the litigation, I will furnish you with that information too. The law does not require
us to wait until the end of the thirty (30) day period before proceeding with the lawsuit. Therefore, if you
dispute the debt, you should make every effort to notify us as soon as possible. If, however, you request
proof of the debt or the name and address of the original creditor within the thirty (30) day period that
