9i. Docket No. 84-02 PP; Carey Lake Subdivision (Primary Plat)
The applicant seeks approval to plat a 12-1ot residential subdivision on 6.19 acres. The
site is located on the south side of 146th Street, 1/8 mile east of Carey Road. The site is
zoned R-l/Residence.
Filed by David Barns of Weihe Engineers, Inc. for Springmill Builders, Inc.
The applicant is proposing a 12-lot subdivision. It should be noted that the original submittal
identified a lO-lot subdivision. The plans were revised after the applicant went to TAC. The site
is located on the south side of 146th Street, just east of Carey road. Please see the informational
packet provided by the applicant to view the layout ofthe site.
The Subdivision Committee forwards a 4-0 favorable recommendation to the full Plan
Commission.
The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve the Primary Plat, as
amended.
Note: As a Primary Plat, written findings are required for action on this item. The applicant
should provide this at the meeting.
