The applicant seeks approval to replat Common Area #4 ofthe Windsor Grove Subdivision into a new lot (Lot #36)
within the existing subdivision. The site is located within the Windsor Grove Subdivision at the southwest comer of
West l06th Street and Towne Road. The site is zoned S-l/Residence - Very Low Density.

ONLY.
. Ten (20) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona Hancock no later
than noon, Friday, July 5, 2002. Failure to submit Informational Packets by this time will result in the tabling of
the petition to the Tuesday, August 20, 2002, agenda ofthe Plan Commission.
. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than noon, Monday, July 15, 2002.
Failure to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
· This Item will appear on the July 16,2002, agenda of the Plan Commission under Public Hearings.
. This Item will also appear on the August 6,2002, agenda of the Plan Commission Subdivision Committee.
We will be requesting that the Plan Commission suspend its rules and vote on the item on the evening of July
16th. However, there is no guarantee.
. The petitioner will need to provide fifteen (15) fully filled out Findings-of-Fact sheets for the Primary Plat the
night of the meeting at which the Plan Commission takes final action on the request. Please remember to fill
out the Docket No. and date on each findings sheet for the Commission.
