versions of the Replat. One shown the Replat area on the subdued Windsor Grove Plat and the
other merely shows the area of the Replat. There are two sizes of each version. Please review and
sign both versions and both sizes of each. I will let the County Commissioner decide which one

At the request of the Hamilton County Surveyor, this letter is'bei,pg sent to address an
issue of concern to this office. On the construction plans, lotS I - 4 show N.P. indicating
"no pad." These lots back up to a wetland that is the route for potential emergency flood
water from upstream areas. Because those lots indicate no pad elevation, extreme care
must be given to ensure that the houses placed on those lots will in no way be flooded.
This letter is to reiterate this office's position that those houses must be given adequate
elevation above the pot.ential flood routing plan to ensure this.
During the deSign of the construction plans; the reason given that N.P. was shown was
that the actual location of the houses on the lots were not yet determined and that the lots
were going to be filled to elevations represented by the spot elevations at the side yards
and the actual houses would be above those spot elevations. Two storm inlets and a
swale have been shown on the plans to intercept the water. The existing natural swalc on
]ot~ 2 ~ 3 is shown as going to be filled, per the proposed spot elevation shown.
The County Suryey~ has stated that it must be perfectlv clear that Droner st~s must be
taken during the q~~llW and construction of the houses so that potential emer~ency flood
routinv does not floQd tb,e houses.
Please continu, in writing. your aoknowledgment of this and your commitment that this
matter will be properly addressed and verified. Verification must be reflected on the
house plans. plot plans; during construction and inspection.

regional coordination with TAC committees such as Carmel's so please be sure to add his

Following are CTRWD comments on the agenda items effecting our sanitary sewers or service
area for the June 19th TAC meeting. Please feel free to copy and distribute this email or
attach it to your meeting minutes. We have also posted all CTRWD TAC comments from 2001
and 2002 meetings held to date. We will continue to add to this page every month so please

~ Common Area #4, Windsor Grove Subdivision (Primary Plat Amendment & Secondary Plat -
Replat)
The developer needs to submit current plans to the District for review. If this replat has
any effect on the existing sewers, then the developer needs to contact the District and
provide plans to review. Building permits should NOT be issued unless the District has
issued connection permits.
Brandywine, Section 3, Lot 35 (part) & 36 (part) - Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day
Saints
The Church needs to submit current plans to the District for review. If this project has
any effect on the existing sewers, then the Church needs to contact the District and
provide plans to review. If any grade adjustments are made which effect the existing sewer
along Shelbourne Road, the Church's contractor will need to adjust manhole castings to the
new grade in accordance with District specifications.
Pilgrim Lutheran Church (Special Use)
The District has only received the June 2002 conceptual site layout for the property. More
detailed plans need to be submitted for the District to review. Planning for sewer service
for all buildings on the property needs to be coordinated with the District. Building
permits should NOT be issued unless the District has issued connection permits.
Please remind all TAC applicants to provide plans directly to the District at our main
office address in care of Andy Kern at:
