Dear; Bric Butler
i.e. 3721 Aldrew Place
I would like for my letter that I sent to be addressed at the Variance Hearing with the City of Carmel.
The application cannot move forward due to the falsehoods stated in the application by Julie Jarrett.
The fact that the application is false in nature negates the application for consideration for the BZA Variance Hearing so
the public cannot take any consideration from the applicant as a trusted statement and or testimony.
I think it is paramount that the Variance Hearing Board address this and determine the Jarrett Pool Variance is null and
void in nature due to the supporting evidence that the City of Carmel has already been represented by Julie Jarrett.
Respectfully,
Eddie Hager

Subject: Jarrett Variances
Dear: City of Carmel
The Julie Jarrett Variance Application has multiple false statements from the Applicant.
Julie Jarrett made factual statements about her project that are clearly false in nature.
2
The City of Carmel has the Affidavits that she signs for the Planning Commission for the Pool, Variances and Easement
Encroachments etc.
She stated in those affidavits that she was well aware of all PUD, Restrictions and Covenants and applied to the control of
development over her proposed projects and that her projects were in compliance with and followed all that applied.
Yet now in her variance application she states that she does not have any knowledge that her project violated any PUD's
Restrictions, Covenants and or Development Standards and that she trusted the contractors or third parties individuals to
adhere to the building standards .
So her statements that she has submitted to the Zoning Board are false on its face value due to the previous variances
applications and sworn affidavits before the City of Carmel.
How can her application stand with merit if the application is riddled with false witness on behalf of the applicant. This is a
clear violation of public trust and her own testimony to the City of Carmel and the Zoning Board and the Planning
Commission.
Will the City of Carmel address this and address that the variance applications are fraught with false statements that she
had limited knowledge of the PUD, Covenants, Restrictions and Development Standards.
Wil the City of Carmel, Planning Department, Zoning Board take action to address these well known and documented
falsehoods about the matters before them?
Respectfully,
Thank you,
Eddie Hager
