PI Dear Mr. Burke: At the meeting held August 20, 2002, the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission took the following action regarding the Primary Plat petition filed for property generally located south of Danbury Estates Subdivision between SR 431 and the Foster Estates Subdivision. APPROVED: Docket No. 81-02 PP a petition seeking approval to plat a 54-lot subdivision. The Plan Commission voted ten (10) in favor, zero (1) opposed, thereby granting the petition subject to the following conditions: 1. That the applicant construct the A TP trail, in accordance with the Thoroughfare Plan standards, and dedicate a total 20' strip of real estate to the City of Carmel centered on the location path as approved on the Secondary Plat or contribute to the City the funds necessary to construct the same. This shall not include, if necessary, the construction of a bridge crossing Cool Creek. 2. That access to proposed lot #55 is restricted to the existing ingress and egress easement to Danbury Drive until such time that said easement is vacated. Upon vacation of this easement a drive may be installed within the proposed easement of access for lot #55 onto the Proposed Vista Drive as shown on the Primary Plat. APPROVED: Docket No. 81-02a SW, 81-02b SW, 81-02c SW, 81-02d SW, 81-02e SW petitions seeking approval of Subdivision Waivers. The Plan Commission voted ten (10) in favor, zero (I) opposed, thereby granting the petitions.
