I would propose the address 11747 Cold Creek Ct for Lot 92-B. The address
for Lot 92-C will depend on the direction the front of the house is facing;
either 11755 Cold Creek Ct or 11745 Waterbridge Ct. The existing addresses
for Lots 91-B and 93-A are fine. Please indicate to me which direction the
house will be facing, and have the engineer send me a dwg of the plans in
State Plane Indiana East.

This apparently did not get added to the replat before it

Director for signature from this point forward until Ms. Terry Krueskamp
(tkrueskamp@carmel.in.gov) in Information Systems has received an e-mail
with an electronic file attached (MicroStation .dgn is preferred, or AutoCad
.dwg of the subdivision) and it (the e-mail) has been copied to myself
(cjesse@carmel.in.gov), OR please upload a .dgn or .dwg file of the proposed
plat.

Please submit a revised Secondary Plat after making above-mentioned
changes. Once these changes have been made and comments addressed,
please produce a Mylar copy (with the surveyors and land owners signatures)
for signature by this Department. 1 digital copy of the plat must be provided
with the Mylar copy, prior to recording, and then 1 paper copy and 1
electronic copy of the scanned, recorded plat must be submitted following
recording of the document. Our approval of the secondary plat (signature)
will be forthcoming upon revision of the plans according to the items listed
above.

Hello,
We (Weihe Engineers) previously submi?ed a replat applica?on under PZ-2024-00056 where Lot 92A and Lot 93 of the
Waterfront at West Clay/Sanctuary at 116th St. neighborhoods were modified as a result of vaca?ng a roundabout on
Cold Creek Court. Since that ?me, the need to make other modifica?ons to some of the same lots has prompted us to
not follow through with the recording of the previous replat.
The new replat filed as docket number PZ-2024-00208 is a?ached for your review. This new replat consists of
modifica?ons that resulted from the removal of the roundabout men?oned above as well as shi?ing of lot lines and the
division of Lot 92A into 2 lots. The crea?on of 2 lots from Lot 92A does not cause issues with sewer or water connec?ons
because the original plat for this area had two lots so there are already service lines for both lots.
Please let Duane Sharrer or me know if you have any ques?ons.
