At the meeting held Monday, October 28, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) request filed by you for the property located at 2525 E.
Smoky Row Road:
APPROVED: PZ-2024-00138 SE – Custer Short Term Residential Rental
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Special
Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is October 28, 2025.
