At the meeting held on Monday, October 28, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Special Exception (SE) request filed by you for the property located at 226 Pam
Road:
APPROVED: Noguera Short Term Residential Rental – Residential Special Exception for a Short Term
Residential Rental is approved for one year.
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Special
Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is October 28, 2025.
