Michigan Road Carmel, IN 46032 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2024-00182 V: 3rd Shot Pickleball, Sign Variance Dear Mr. Badger, At the meeting held on Tuesday, October 28th, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 4400 W. 96th St.: APPROVED: 3rd Shot Pickleball - Development Standards Variance approval for: • PZ-2024-00182 V: One (1) Awning, Projecting, or Wall Sign per Street Frontage; Two (2) granted. CONDITIONS: • A copy of the Owners Association approval submitted to the Carmel Planning & Zoning Dept. before a sign permit can be released (DONE). Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is Oct. 28, 2027. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
