Proposed Use of Property: this is a residential home with an existing two car garage. The use of the extension will be
to store two owners vehicles
Project Description: Existing Attached Garage Expansion
Section of UDO being varied from: UDO Section 5.02 B .3 The garage expansion request is 149 Sq Ft larger than 75%
of the main floor of my existing home with a 144 Sqft Out building on the property.
Explanation of why variance/waiver is being requested: The out building is used to store pool equipment, lawn mowers,
snow blower and other equipment to support the 1 acre parcel of land. I own 1972 chevrolet impala which needs to be
stored in a garage per our HOA. The current garage length based on the house's fireplace does not allow enough walk
around clearance and any additional storage space in the garage. Additionally, based on HOA, I desire to add a
motorcycle or small pleasure craft I will need to have it garaged as well. The property is 1 acre and the extension is 60+
from the nearest neighbor property line and well with the Covenants setbacks in front and side.
