All installations shall be "ODen trench" inspected and aoproved bv the Cannel Sewer Department before any backfilling is done. Non- compliance may result in digging up the sewer installation and/or denial of future sewer permits andlor denial of water connections. No footing or foundation drains or other sources of ground water or stoml water shall be permitted to enter the public sewer.
