Temporary Use Models at Cherry Creek Estates
, I
Kevin &: Angelina,
[ am entering a copy of this email into the files for the three Temporary Use Model Home permits at
Cherry Creek Estates. (P. #'s: 05110128,05110129, &: 05110130) These were issued on 11/29/05, atd will
expire on 5/29/07. I am also CC'ingJanice Stevanovic of Pulte Homes on this email She and I
discussed the following matter tillS morning.
These temporary uses have actually been in use since June/July of 2004. Per our conversation, the
builder had applied for the original temporaries, but we had not issued them, since we were still I
waiting for some paperwork from the Builder. The builder had not realized this, and had started using
them as models as soon as they were complete.
[have informed Janice that if she requests an extension of the uses after 5/29/07, that the original time
that the use occurred prior to the actual issuances on 11/29/05, will figure into her extensions. If \ve
figure use from the date of issuance of the Certificates of Occupancy, the totals of approved time.land
the time remaining under our 36 month cap on the duration of a temporary use, stand as follows'
Lot 1, permit #05Il0l28:
6/7/04 -ll/28/05: 17 months
ll/29/05 - 5/29/07: 18 months
TOTAL possible remaining extension time: I month
Lot 2, permit #05IlOI29:
6/7/04 -ll/28/05: 17 months
ll/29/05 - 5/29/07 18 months
TOTAL possible remaining extension time: 1 month
Lot 3, permit #05110130:
7/21/04 - ll/28/05 16 months
ll/29/05 - 5/29/07 18 months
TOTAL possible remaining extension time: 2 months
I have informed Janice that if Pulte desires to extend the uses past a total of 36 months, they will
almost positively have to apply for a variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals. (As was done iri the
case of the Construction/Sales facility trailer that is in this subdivision) Janice has indicated thai if
this is Pulte's intent, she will contact our office about two months prior to the expiration of the Jses, so
that she can begin the process to apply for that variance.
Thank you,
Sarah
