At the meeting held Monday, April 23, 2007. the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the properties located at
58400-5868 Cherry Creek Blvd.
APPROVED: Docket Nos, 07040001 V - 07040003 V Development Standards Variances for time limit for model
homes on lots 1-3 and sales office on lot 3.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variances approvals are valid for two (2) years. The expiration date of the approvals is April 23, 2009.

total. A fee of $75.00 will be assessed for each six (6) month extension. It is the responsibility of the applicant to apply for the permit extension
prior to the expiration of the permit. The permit fee is $250.00 plus applicable assessed inspections.
