The site is located at 11380 Illinois St. It is zoned PUD and is not located within an overlay zone. APPROVED: PZ-2024-00177ADLS Amend: Medical Office Building at The Bridges Sign Package In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
