the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the properties located at
58400-5868 Cherry Creek Blvd.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 07040001 V - 07040003 V Development Standards Variances for time limit for model
homes on lots 1-3 and sales office on lot 3.
Please be advised that per Sectioll 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variances approvals are valid for two (2) years. The expiration date of the approvals is April 23, 2009.
