I am emailing you to voice my opposition to the proposed development on the Stout Farm.
My concern mainly is that I feel that this rental community will deteriorate the value of the area where I
live, and that it will not add value in any way that I can think of. So, why allow it? My neighbors and I are
very concerned about this issue, and I hope you will help us do something about it.
