Subject:Stout Farm
Dear Bric,
Below please find some of my concerns about the proposed housing development at Stout Farm. Please
contact me if you have questions, (317)590-3300.
The proposed project appears to be a deviation from the thoughtful “master plan”
mentality the Carmel planning board is known, respected and admired for!
The proposed project is not consistent with homes in west Carmel
The proposed project is not consistent with Village of WestClay property values
The proposed greenspace and common area is inconsistent with the Village and
neighborhoods in west Carmel
The proposed density is too great and inconsistent with the Village
The proposed development may lower property values
The proposed development has limited set back and screening or buffer
The proposed development has 90% or greater lot coverage
The proposed development has architecture inconsistent with the Village
The residents are concerned this will become a rental community
Thank you for your efforts,
Raymond Berger and Sylvia Shenouda
