Please contact me if you have questions, (317)590-3300.  The proposed project appears to be a deviation from the thoughtful “master plan” mentality the Carmel planning board is known, respected and admired for!  The proposed project is not consistent with homes in west Carmel  The proposed project is not consistent with Village of WestClay property values  The proposed greenspace and common area is inconsistent with the Village and neighborhoods in west Carmel  The proposed density is too great and inconsistent with the Village  The proposed development may lower property values  The proposed development has limited set back and screening or buffer  The proposed development has 90% or greater lot coverage  The proposed development has architecture inconsistent with the Village  The residents are concerned this will become a rental community Thank you for your efforts, Raymond Berger and Sylvia Shenouda 2295 Shaftesbury Road Carmel, IN 46032 Sent from my iPhone 1
