I am a resident of West Clay for fourteen years. In my opinion this paradise does not need an addi?onal community like
the one that was presented at the October mee?ng.
I was not impressed by the layout or design of this community which lacked the beauty of West Clay. The only concern
that was addressed was the number of dwellings that could be stuļ¬ed into the acreage, looking like an Army barracks
neighborhood with straight streets and rows of houses.
My response is thumbs down.
