Company in enforcing the terms of this Agreement. In the event of default by purchaser, WallN Additions, Inc.,
("Company') and its subsidiaries may at it's discretion place a mechanic's lien on property to improve, Customer
consents to credit inquiry if obtaining financing from Waller Additions, Inc., ("Company') and its subsidiaries
