RE: Docket No. PZ-2024-00139 TAC: Carmel High School Stadium Grandstand Renovation.
Dear Ms. Sheller,
The Carmel Department of Community Services took the following administrative action regarding approval for the
renovation of the high school stadium grandstand (home side), also with some sidewalk/ramp revisions and site work. The
site is located at 2390 and 2450 E. Smoky Row. It is zoned R1/Residence and Keystone Parkway Overlay District.
APPROVED: PZ-2024-00139 TAC: Carmel High School Stadium Grandstand Renovation.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application for any
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
