Hi,
As a 17-year resident of West Carmel, I am opposed to the proposed Stout Farm development. The
proposed density is too great and will bring additional traffic (to already dangerous 4-lane Towne
Road), increase classroom sizes and put stress on privately owned parks and amenities at the Village
of West Clay.
Please reject this proposed development.
