Subject:Stout Farm Development
Good Morning Bric,
I would like to express opposition to the Stout Fram Development. As a proud resident of Carmel now since 2017,
I was attracted to the Village of West Clay because of its well planned development, spacious areas of recreation,
walking trails, community clubhouses, custom built homes, etc. I oppose the Stout Farm Development because it
is none of the aforementioned items. It is not consistent with the homes in west Carmel, not consistent with our
property values, too great of density with over 90% or greater lot coverage, poor architecture compared to the
village, concerned that it will become a rental community and ultimately impacts our property values.
All of this goes against what really attracted us to the village and ultimately Carmel……there is a reason we are
consistently ranked as the number 1 city in the United States. Developments such as this don’t serve us or our city
well . Thank you very much for your consideration and I hope that the city will do the right thing by the residents of
this community to halt this development. Take care and all the vest !
Regards,
Earl
