'1'''6; City of Carmel and Clay Township Plan Commission Special Studies Committee Department of Community Services One Civic Square Carmel, IN 46032 DOCS Our application for ADLS Amendment serves to address the topic of sign ordinances as described in the Riverview Medical Park PUD Ordinance No. Z-410-03. 1) Through this application, it is our request that a second wall sign be allowed on the Riverview Health Pavilion building. This second sign would identify the services in the Health Pavilion. We feel this will aid patrons coming to the park in finding the correct building. (J Docket 05040023 ADLS Amend approved grouping the individual wall signs into one sign on each building. The allowable area for the wall signs as specified in section 10.1 of the PUD Ordinance is 135 square feet. The sign constructed totals 90 square feet. The second sign we are requesting would not exceed the remaining 45 square feet of signage allowed. 2) The second approval sought on this ADLS Amend application is for building directory signs. A directory sign at the entrance to each building will identify the specific tenants of the building. 3) The final approval sought is for center identification signs at the 146th Street and Hazel Dell Parkway entrances, as approved at the Officer Hearing meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals on May 21,2007, Docket No. 07050003 and Docket No. 07050004.
