Pennsylvania St., 10th Floor, Indianapolis, IN 46204 317.636.2000 keystone-corp.com November 14, 2024 Mr. Jorge Gomez ASD Signs & Graphics 2020 Churchman Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46203 Re: Sign review and Approval Tous Les Jours / Suite 115 Sophia Square / Carmel, Indiana The façade sign design and blade sign design as rendered in your Artwork Proof dated 11/13/24 have been reviewed and approved by the Landlord Carmel Lofts LLC, including the use of a 2"x2" wireway mounting to the existing building's exterior wall sign panel. All other final fabrication and installation details must comply with the Sign Criteria noted in Exhibit B of the Lease between Carmel Lofts LLC and the Tenant Saraga Bakery LLC, dated 8/19/2024. All dimensions must be field verified prior to final installation and such measurements are your responsibility. If any such measurements are found to be inaccurate upon installation, the removal of the material and reinstallation, per the Lease specifications, will also become your responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that all signs pass proper governmental zoning regulations. In addition, the Landlord requires a copy of the permit you receive from City of Carmel prior to installation. The sign material and installation must meet all Underwriters Laboratory Rules and Regulations. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
