HomeMy WebLinkAboutLetter #131 Elaine Brenner Butler, Bric From:Elaine Brenner <elaine.brenner@me.com> Sent:Sunday, November 17, 2024 2:59 PM To:Butler, Bric Subject:Stout High Density Development Dear Bric, I am writing as a long-time resident of the Village of West Clay, where I have lived for over 20 years. I am deeply concerned about the proposed high-density development Stout Farm development, which I believe does not align with the character or architectural aesthetic of the Village of West Clay homes. This type of development risks diminishing the unique charm that makes the Village of West Clay so special to its residents. The density level of this proposal feels excessive for our community, and I worry it may ultimately impact property values negatively. Although this project is not intended as a rental community immediately, there are no assurances that it won’t become one in the future, adding further uncertainty to property values and neighborhood stability. Thank you for considering the concerns of long-term residents who are invested in the future of the Village of West Clay. I urge you to take these impacts seriously as you review this proposal.
