We are Carmel residents who live at 311 1st Avenue Northwest in Carmel. We are thrilled with living in Carmel and being
a 5-minute walk from Main Street.
The purpose of this message is to offer our full endorsement of the Worrell’s home design that will be constructed just 2-
doors south of our home.
Jeff and Shari were kind to share their design eleva?on with us and asked us to offer input, observa?ons, and concerns.
We shared with them that their renderings look terrific!
We also have supported Carl and Kay Chapman’s major renova?on taking shape over the past 15 months directly across
the street from our home. The Worrell and Chapman homes will be and are welcome addi?ons to our neighborhood.
We look forward to welcoming Jeff and Shari to the neighborhood and are eager to observe their lovely new home
spring from the ground in the coming months.
