I and my wife are vehemently opposed to this development for all the cited reasons.
As residents of the Village Of West Clay, one of our main concerns are property values that would surely be nega?vely
affected due to the type construc?on as well as the proposed density.
The possibility of owners ren?ng the units is another major concern.
