Subject:Stout Farm
Several residents of the Village of West Clay have told me they too favor a 55 plus community for the
Stout Farm. Such a project would not add strain to our school system
and roads. There is a need as Village residents desire to downside.
My parents were in an Epcon 55 plus community at 169th and Springmill called The Maples. They
enjoyed a wonderful experience there.
