Re: BZA Docket Nos. PZ-2024-00215 V: Carmel Medical Office Building at the Bridges, Sign Variance.
Dear Mr. Clark and Mr. Schelling,
At the meeting held on Monday, November 25, 2024, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 11380
Illinois Street.
APPROVED: Carmel Medical Office Building at The Bridges, Sign Variance – Development Standards
Variance For:
• PZ-2024-00215 V: A building may have two signs per street frontage. 4 total signs allowed: 6 signed
granted.
Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approvals are valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is Nov. 25, 2027.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
