The existing trees, if planned to be saved along the front of the building can be used in lieu of some landscaping. As for the SW perimeter buffer, as there are power lines in this location, I will still expect the spruce to be present, but I will not require the other existing circles to be added, as shown. If you want to add additional landscaping, you can revise this existing plan as desired. An exposed romex for a light fixture is present next to a public walk currently and needs to be addressed. A fire hydrant is located within the sidewalk. If this is an entry or exit, it will need to be addressed. An exit that is not compliant on the east side of the building. The signs have all already been approved (approved back in August) and there are no changes to that, or any other portion of the plan.
