Hi, I wanted to give you my opinion on the above project. When the City has plans in place for the size of
the buildings per the lot size why is it EVERY single time the city allows a variance to increase the
coverage?
I'm speaking from first hand experience. I've had builders contact me asking to buy my house but the
valve has decreased because the city allowed Pure Development and Buckingham build a 6 story only 25
feet from my property.
Sure would be nice if the city followed its own rules!
