HomeMy WebLinkAboutLetter #164 Robin Hartman Butler, Bric From:Robin Hartman <robinhartman@gmail.com> Sent:Wednesday, December 4, 2024 3:32 PM To:Butler, Bric Subject:Stout Farm development To whom it may concern, I have lived in the (Village of West Clay) for 18 years and have enjoyed the extreme diversity and eclectic personality of the architecture that has been created. Anyone who is new to Carmel, Indiana and has driven or walked through the (Village of West Clay) is amazed that this development is in the center of Carmel Indiana. I am concerned that the development on the Stout farm, which is so very close to the (Village of West Clay) and actually touches its property, will not be consistent with the planned community and beauty that the (Village of West Clay) presents. One of the main reasons that concerns me is the plan of density, the lack of green space, the lack of architectural Diversity, and the general perception of not fitting in with the beauty the (Village of West Clay) affords. Please consider the number one neighborhood in Indiana and the pride of Carmel, Indiana, as you approve/disapprove the development around the Village of West Clay. We trust the planning commission to keep Carmel Indiana, the most desirable place to live and trust that you will make the most wise decision decisions for our city. Please feel free to call me at any time to discuss this further. Robin Hartman 2117 Rhettsbury St, Carmel, IN 46032 Cell. 317-691-3231 1
