We were given a price from Lisa at Carmel Water, connection fee is $2423.00 and availability fee of $888.00. My question is where do we pay these fees. Mike Fischer thought that we could pay these fees at the submittal meeting. Also is there anything else on our part that we need to do to get the permit process over. My understanding is that after that it had to go to the county recorder's office (someone from Parson's, et. al. brought the mylar to my office for the signature and was to courrier it to Noblesville, I believe). The final replat was requested by my banker in order to show two separate lots so that the, buildings (and their respective lots) could be financed separately, The original replat was what "vacated the subdivision lines" of. hhe Penn View Heights subdivision (Jim Shinaver's idea). Scott, I was wondering if an approved landscape exists for the entire site? If so, could I come by and get a copy made? Matt, After discussing this project with Gary Duncan, I will be preparing a set of civil plans that situate this 2nd building on the lot in order to show it meets the intent of the approved plan. This will include a site layout plan, grading plan, utility plan, traffic maintenance plan, details and specs. Gary would like to review these at a minimum. He wanted to be able to check a few dimensions, grades around the building, as well as the sanitary sewer and wa1er laterals under Pennsylvania that require a road cut. I assume your office would want a set to review as well for the file? I also understand that this does not require an official T AC filing or meeting. All it sounds like we need to attend for meetings will be a Board of Public Works for the road cut. Ryan and Paul, As stated above, this 2nd building will be similar to the first. We plan to bring the sanitary and water laterals under Pennsylvania Street by tapping the mains on the west side of the road. What information can we provide you in addition to our Utility Plan that will be coming soon? Greg, I'm assuming that an Outlet Permit already exists which took the entire development, including this 2nd building, into account.
