Z-400-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARMEL, INDIANA AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. Z-289, AS AMENDED WHEREAS, upon the positive recommendation of the Carmel/Clay an Commission that the real estate described in this Ordinance should be reclassified, the Co mon Council finds it reasonable and necessary to promote the public health, safety, and neral welfare of the community; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Co on Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, as follows: Section I: That the Zone Map accompanyin d ma a~ of Zoning Ordinance Z-289, as amended, is amended to reclassify the 0 in d~ri~d real estate from the Old Meridian/Single Family Attached Zone (0 ) 'stric.t\!9 the Old MeridianlMulti-Farnily Housing Zone (OM/MF) District: yf. At its regularly scheduled meeting of November 19, 2002, the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission voted nine (9) in Favor, one (I) Opposed, zero (0) Abstaining, to forward to the Common Council the proposed Ordinance No. 'L- 400-02 with a Favorable Recommendation.
