Dear Ms. Solada:
At the meeting held Monday, May 21, 2007, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Development Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 2290 E. I 16th Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 07020025 V and 07020026V Development Standards Variances for maximum square
footage of75 square feet for the south sign and sign oriented east with the Commitment the dumpster enclosure
would be painted each year.
Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the signs approved pursuant to
the aforementioned Development Standards Variances must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date
of the approval is May 21,2008.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
