Unit 3H - 07030030 V Dear Mr. Rohrbacher: At the meeting held Monday, May 21,2007, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 20 Third Street NW. APPROVED: Docket No. 07030030 V Development Standards Variance for 2-car garage requirement with the Condition that the facility may only be used for a small business office. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improve- ments must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is May 22, 2008. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
