Dear Co!. Neal:
At the meeting held Monday, May 21, 2007, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Use Variance (UV) and Development Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at
2110 E. 96th Street.
DENIED: Docket Nos. 07040009 UV and 07040010 V, Use Variance for permitted uses and Development
Standards Variance for compliance with the Thoroughfare Plan.
According to our Board of Zoning Appeals Rules (Section 30.05.04), it states: "After denial of a variance application,
special use application, zoning amendment or variance application concerning the same property shall not be filed for a
period of six (6) months."
