NotesThis is a proposal for the City of Carmel at West Carmel Drive. This will be the underground portion of getting a conduit from the
P1 cabinet atWest Carmel Drive back tothe P1 cabinet to the south that has fiber. We will continue the overhead conduit down
to be under ground where it will go into a24x24x24 quazite box. We will then bore (2) - 1-1/4" SDR conduits up to 800 linear feet
to the north to the existing P1 cabinet in the wooded area to thenorth of 190 West Carmel Drive, mid-way we will need to stop
and install the customer an additional quazite box for apull point. Once at the north P1 cabinet we will more than likely have to
come up out of grade and poke into the cabinet exposed using aGRC condulet. This will get the customer achase between
both cabinets.
Please note that we will need to shut down alane at atime to get across the Monon Trail overpass. We have not allowed for any
permits in this pricing. Work to be completed during normal business hours. We will plan to use an arrow board, road signage,
and cones set back a good distance towarn drivers that thelane is closed coming up.
No final grading, landscape repairs, grass seeding are accounted for in this proposal. Omni is not liable for any untraceable
underground utilities.
Vac Truck isbased upon an hourly basis that will be totaled up at the end of the project for afinal number.
Hard surface cuts / restoration are based upon aper hole price that will be totaled upat the end ofthe project forafinal number.
