Dear Mr. Kauffman:
At the meeting held Monday, May 21, 2007, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Development Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 2328 E
116th Street.
DENIED: Docket Nos. 07040011 V and 07040012 V, Development Standards Variances for number of
window signs and prohibited A-frame sign.
According to our Board of Zoning Appeals Rules (Section 30.05.04), it states: "After denial of a variance
application, special use application, zoning amendment or variance application concerning the same property
shall not be filed for a period of six (6) months."
