DENIED: Docket Nos. 07040011 V and 07040012 V, Development Standards Variances for number of window signs and prohibited A-frame sign. According to our Board of Zoning Appeals Rules (Section 30.05.04), it states: "After denial of a variance application, special use application, zoning amendment or variance application concerning the same property shall not be filed for a period of six (6) months."
