At the meeting held Monday, May 21, 2007, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at
12367 Brompton Road.
DISMISSED: Docket No. 07040015 V, Development Standards Variance for platted building
setback line.
The Board of Zoning Appeals determined that it lacked jurisdiction over your application. Pursuant to the
Board of Zoning Appeals Rules of Procedure, Article VITI, Section 8, this determination shall not be
considered an adverse decision against you as the petitioner; therefore, pursuant to this section, you may
request that the Board vote to refund your filing fees.
