Notes
1.The locations of underground and overhead utilities shown on this plan are based on survey, above
ground evidence, and proposed utility relocation work plans. The contractor shall field verify all utility
locations prior to any and all construction activities associated with this construction plan. Should the
location of a proposed light pole foundation require moving due to a utility conflict, the contractor shall
notify the engineer prior to any excavation. The new foundation location shall be approved by the
engineer.
2.Foundations for lighting shall be in accordance with Carmel Standard Dwg. 10-43A. Foundation bolt
pattern shall be oriented such that the light pole mast arm will be perpendicular to the curb.
3.Contractor shall exercise caution when working near overhead power lines. All applicable NESC and
OSHA regulations be followed.
