Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer meeting on the 27th day
of January 2025 at 5 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Sq., 2nd Flr., Carmel, IN 46032, will
hold a Public Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance application to:
UDO Section 5.02 (B)(3): The combined square footage of ground floor area shall not exceed 75%, 97%
requested. Build new garage/accessory building.
