This application is for temporary uses utilized in temporary structures for construction offices, material or supply storage, or
temporary sales facilities. Temporary Construction Facilities are regulated by S25.08 Additional Use Regulations of the
Carmel Zoning Ordinance.

LAND DESCRIPTION
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 17 North, Range 3
East, Hamilton County, Indiana, being mare particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section
12, Township 17 North, Range 3 East, Hamilton County, Indiana; thence
South 89 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds East (assumed bearing) an the
south line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 1300.95 feet to the
southwest carner of the real estate described in Instrument No. 94-49929
in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana; thence North
00 degrees 12 minutes 36 seconds West on the west line of said real
estate 60.01 feet to the southwest corner of the real estate described in
Instr~ment No. 95-22172; thence the following seven coils olang the
