They and I met with the CFD yesterday to iron out a few things. The Petitioner will be closing out their BZA special exception portion in ProjectDox, soon, and then they will be filing a new building permit in Cityworks (which will replace that residential one they filed, prior). Report is released. Since the project is still in a review cycle in ProjectDox, you will not be able to type in written responses to those items in ProjectDox, at this time. So, they are listed below for your convenience, and feel free to send me a separate email with your proposed responses. o Please provide more details about the proposed exterior building/roof colors. Real life photo examples will be helpful, too. o Please provide higher quality exterior building elevations and floor plans. The text is grainy and hard to read on the submitted set. o Please label the building height. o Provide the locations and design details of any exterior light fixtures on the building and on the site. o Is there any garage/storage space proposed? (It is hard to tell on the grainy floor plans...) o Please provide design details about the proposed trash enclosure. o Please add and label Tree Preservation Areas on the Landscape Plan. o Please confirm that no exterior identification signage is proposed. o Please provide more detail on the vehicular circulation on site. It looks like there might be a pinch point where the parallel parking along the driveway meets the two-row parking area... o Per UDO section 1.07 - Please show/label a 10-ft wide multiuse path along/within the future ROW of Westfield Blvd. Please also work with the Carmel Engineering Dept. (John Thomas) to install that section on path with this project, or pay into the Thoroughfare Fund for what it would cost to construct said path section, so that you meet the Transportation Plan Compliance requirement. o How many staff members will be on site at one time?
